The January 18, 2010 issue of Center Watch Weekly prominently featured a 2-page interview with Bonnie Featherstone of BonaFide Staffing. Some of the excerpts of the article are:
"Our motto, ‘business with respect,’ states another basic premise: Always treat both clients and candidates with fairness and respect..."
"Over the years, I’ve developed a reputation for honest business dealings, careful listening, developing trust and never intentionally misrepresenting a position to a candidate. Recently, an old client called to say that he needed a position filled and that he had received several resumes but that I was the only one who truly understood what he was looking for. We take the screening process very seriously but with a unique personal touch."
"One of the things we spend a lot of time on is managing growth. If the quality of our candidates slips, our clients won’t care about the reason, their only concern would be that the quality has slipped. So, we are doing many things now to manage our growth. For example, we are taking the typically slow month of December to migrate our systems to an on demand customer relationship management model so that we can all be on a shared platform. This will allow us all to see and update candidate records in real-time, better track our candidate pipeline, measure our business, communicate with one another and our candidates and eliminate some of the manual processes that we have in place currently. It will allow us to integrate our Twitter stream, which is @bonafiderecruit, and Facebook feed—BonaFide Staffing—directly from our database."
